I'm a cricket player. Still a student.

Yes I am and I've been playing for 11 years and still counting. International level

I'm playing for Cricket Club Abuja (Female) Team. It was founded in November 2013. I'm not working, still schooling.

5. Where do you and your team see yourself in coming 5 years? Where do you want to focus in order to improve your cricket?
I see my team becoming the strongest female cricket team in Nigeria. And as a team we have the same goal. The goal to be the best and by then we would have groomed more active female cricketers.

My focus will be on my commitment, with out it I can't maintain what I've learnt. Which I think depends on me and myself and me encouraging myself.

We've participated at the National Women Championship twice, where we came 3rd in November 2013 and 2nd in November 2014.

8. Would you like to come to India for a tournament or a coaching camp? Or do you want to travel any other country (if Yes, please mention the name)?
Yes I would, especially for a coaching camp and if the opportunity is given, a tournament.

9. What are the challenges you are facing in your country's cricket? If any, how do you feel to overcome those challenges?
We're currently facing the challenges of Funds and Media.
We cannot play active cricket without fund or awareness. So many cricket activities will take place and produce result if funds are coming in and are handled properly. The media is another challenge. We need to reach out to everyone we can and the media is the fastest means we can use. We need to create awareness for cricket and also let everyone know that there's a game called cricket, it is played in Nigeria and it is played by both male and female.

10. One thing that you instantly need that would boost the involvement of people in your country's cricket?
I will say Media. Through media we can create awareness and get a lot of people involved.

Yes I'll like to and it will be Howzat Foundation For Cricket. I'm a product of howzat foundation for cricket. I started cricket under the foundation and till now the club is still grooming cricketers .The foundation/club has given many people opportunity in cricket. It is so far the best there is in the country which is why I've nominated the club.
